Transphere Engages with HICOOL Industrial Park to Strengthen International Innovation Link

28/8/25 Transphere Consulting was invited to visit the HICOOL Industrial Parks, engaging in in-depth discussions on international innovation ecosystems, cross-border investment, and industrial collaboration.

Since its launch in 2020, HICOOL has attracted over 24,000 projects and 32,000 entrepreneurs worldwide, incubating unicorns and “specialised and innovative” enterprises, with the total financing exceeding RMB 45.7 billion. Its integrated six-pillar model, which covers competition, concierge services, business school acceleration, industrial parks, venture funds, and digital platforms, has established itself as a leading hub for global entrepreneurial resources.

The visit laid a strong foundation for strategic cooperation between Transphere Consulting and HICOOL, strengthening links across Chinese, European, and global innovation networks.

Transphere Consulting at HKUST APEL Lab to Explore Sustainability Collaboration

31/7/25 Transphere Consulting was invited to visit the APEL Laboratory at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and attended the technology forum themed “Turning Waste into Value · Industrial Upgrading · Bay Area Co-Creation.”, co-organised by the Division of Environment and Sustainability, the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, and the APEL Laboratory at HKUST. The forum focused on the application of multifunctional gels and coating materials in environmental remediation and water purification, highlighting the potential of scientific research in driving green development and industrial upgrading.

Miss Diane Wong Shuk-han, JP, Under Secretary for Environment and Ecology of the HKSAR Government, delivered remarks emphasising the role of policy and research collaboration in advancing sustainable development.

Transphere Consulting engaged with academic institutions and relevant government departments, laying the groundwork for potential collaboration in green technology, environmental management, and cross-border cooperation.

Transphere Co-Hosts Seminar on “Global Pathways for Chinese Food & Catering Brands”

15/8/25 Transphere Consulting, in partnership with the Hongqiao Overseas Development Service Centre and the Anhui Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, successfully hosted a seminar on “Global Pathways for Chinese Food & Catering Brands”.

The event featured insights from representatives of organisations including Hungarian Cherry Investment Group, M&M Group Kft, JIUYE Supply Chain, Chenrui Capital, China Certification & Inspection Group, Shanghai Pandiant FoodTech, and Shanghai Yanshen Import & Export. Discussions focused on food safety and certification, supply chain and cold chain logistics, investment and financing trends, as well as international market expansion and brand building.

The seminar provided actionable insights and a cross-sector platform for collaboration.

Transphere Consulting Visits the National-Local Joint Innovation Centre for Humanoid Robotics

27/7/25 Transphere Consulting was invited to visit the National-Local Joint Innovation Centre for Humanoid Robotics in Zhangjiang District, Pudong, Shanghai, for exchanges on the future development and applications of humanoid robotics and embodied intelligence.

The Centre served as China’s first open-source co-creation platform for humanoid robotics and has launched the country’s first heterogeneous humanoid robotics training ground in Zhangjiang. The facility supports training for over one hundred robots covering more than ten scenarios in intelligent manufacturing, public services, and specialised applications, with shared data enhancing capabilities in industry, healthcare, and service sectors.

Transphere Consulting will continue to leverage its strengths in cross-border strategy, capital connectivity, and international collaboration to work with innovation platforms and industry partners, advancing the industrialisation and globalisation of humanoid robotics and embodied intelligence technologies.

06/06/25 Transphere Consulting facilitated a visit for a leading Chinese tech fund to Munich’s innovation ecosystem, with stops at the NIO Design Centre, UnternehmerTUM, and Munich Urban Colab.

The visit showcased Munich’s strengths in mobility, AI, fintech, biotech, and medtech, reinforcing its role as a key hub for China–Europe collaboration in EV and deep tech innovation.

Transphere Signs Strategic MoU with Sungrow iCarbon to Advance Global Carbon Tech Solutions

31/05/25 Transphere announced the signing of a  Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sungrow iCarbon, the carbon management division of Sungrow Power (a global leader in solar technology) and an official carbon solutions supplier for the Paris Olympics. This collaboration will accelerate Sungrow iCarbon’s international growth in carbon accounting and decarbonization services, targeting key markets across Europe, North America, and Asia.
